This smoothie is packed with nutritious ingredients and is rich in antioxidants which help prevent cell ageing by protecting cells from free radical damage.

Serves: 1
  • 1 handful fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup raw coconut water
  • ½ fresh avocado
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
To serve
  • Sprig of mint
  • A few fresh or frozen blackberries
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and whizz together until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick add coconut water 1 tsp at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with the mint and blackberries.
