Work with Charlotte 1-2-1 for bespoke nutrition support

It can be difficult to get help or answers if there is no obvious cause for your struggle to conceive or carry to term. It's frustrating and upsetting to be told your test results are normal, when you know something is wrong. I can help.

I'm passionate about unravelling my clients' health stories to get to the heart of their fertility issues. I help them to transform their health using nutrition and lifestyle changes, and I can help you.

My in-depth, individualised approach takes a 360° look at your health and lifestyle using the three pillars of The Fertility Kitchen® philosophy: Fertility, Food and Life to create a personalised diet and lifestyle plan.

Bespoke support is for you if you want to try something different, take ownership of your health and dig a little deeper.

Hi, I'm Charlotte.

Ready to prioritise your health?

Do you have an autoimmune disease or suspect abnormal immune function may be working against your ability to conceive or carry to term?

Do you have an autoimmune disease or suspect abnormal immune function may be working against your ability to conceive or carry to term?

if one (or more) of these is you, i can help:

You are experiencing secondary infertility and something hasn't felt right since your previous pregnancy.

You have primary ovarian insufficiency or thin uterine lining and you don't know the cause.

In this 1-2-1 experience we will spend three sessions together creating a bespoke fertility diet and lifestyle plan. Afterwards, you'll have access to my expertise for a further six weeks for ongoing accountability and support whilst you put your plan into action.

invest in yourself...

Be empowered to optimise your health and move toward your dream of motherhood.

Your gut health, state of inflammation and autoimmunity, blood sugar balance, liver function and detoxification, thyroid function and egg quality and your partner's sperm quality are factors that can profoundly impact your ability to conceive and carry to term. The purpose of the Fertility consultation is to take a detailed look at these foundations as you share your story and family history, which enables us to map out your complete health history. During this session I may recommend advanced lab test(s), which help me to understand your health picture, these range from stool analysis, to nutrient testing, to food intolerances. During the Food and Life sessions, we'll build your nutrition and lifestyle plan and I'll fully explain test results and provide step-by-step guidance to address imbalances.

In the Food consultation we work collaboratively to structure your diet and supplement plan to help address our findings from the Fertility consultation. I'll share my food philosophy, fertility nutrition foundations and show you how to build a nutritionally balanced plate. We may also cover mindful indulgence, pantry staples, meal planning, preparation, recipes and eating out; this is guided by you and your needs. The purpose of the Food pillar is to help you find a sustainable and enjoyable approach to eating that will also optimise your health and fertility.

After our three consultations, you'll receive online support for a further six weeks, I'm on your team and willing you to succeed. You'll be able to check-in with me 2-3 times weekly for accountability, questions, support and feedback. This is invaluable for keeping you on track, moving towards your goal and for creating sustainable, lasting change. My clients tell me this is key to their success.

Ongoing support & accountability

Your health is made up of many small daily steps, including stress, sleep, movement, environment (toxins) and mindset, and these comprise the Life consultation. My approach recognises that the foundation of optimal health is lifestyle; self-care isn't a luxury, it's a necessity. During this session, we'll determine which factors you need to bring into balance and we'll build your plan to help you achieve this.

Optimal fertility is a side effect of a happy, healthy body. The first step to supporting fertility lies with identifying and addressing any underlying health imbalances. These may include poor digestion and absorption, food sensitivities, inflammation, autoimmunity, blood sugar and insulin imbalance, poor detoxification, hormonal imbalances,  thyroid dysfunction or chronic stress. If you haven't looked into any or all of these factors, there's more you can do, and this forms the foundation of our work together.

Are you having trouble getting or staying pregnant and do you want to take ownership of your fertility?

You're in the right place

A little about me...

I felt powerless on my fertility journey, so I decided to take ownership of my health to improve my chances of conception and regain a sense of control over my life.

I experienced firsthand the power of food as medicine, which is why I am so passionate about it. I suffered with asthma since childhood and after changing my diet, my symptoms resolved. This changed my trajectory and I returned to college to study Nutritional Therapy and founded The Fertility Kitchen® so that I could educate and inspire others.

now i empower women like you to get to the root of their fertility issues, optimise their health and realise their dream of motherhood.

Bespoke support provides everything you need to take ownership of your fertility.

Nourishing your body takes time and commitment. Nutritional therapy is not an easy, quick fix. I will guide you, but you'll need to take consistent action. If you prioritise your health and truly nurture yourself during the process, you can experience lasting results.

What are your qualifications?

I am a registered Nutritional Therapist trained in Functional Medicine. I graduated with Distinction after three years study at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) and I'm a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine. I'm also a DNA Life Certified Nutrigenomics Practitioner and Autoimmune Paleo (AIP) Certified Coach.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Functional Medicine?

Functional medicine determines how and why illness occurs and restores health by addressing the root cause of disease for each individual.

Should I see you instead of my doctor?

No, I am not a medical doctor. I do not diagnose or treat specific conditions. My advice is complementary to medical advice from your doctor or healthcare provider. It does not replace it.

Do you use supplements?

Yes, supplements form part of your bespoke plan and you'll have access to discount on practitioner grade supplements.

I'm not trying for a baby yet, is bespoke support suitable?

Yes if you have an autoimmune disease or related condition such as PCOS or endometriosis. If you're at the start of your journey and looking to optimise your health in preparation for pregnancy, or if it's taking longer than you expected and you're looking for general support, I recommend joining my TFAB Membership.

Is bespoke support suitable if I've already decided to do IVF?

Bespoke support complements fertility treatment and is recommended if you have or suspect autoimmunity or if you have a related condition that you want to take steps to address before starting IVF. Otherwise you may like to consider joining my Optimise IVF course.

I'm pregnant, is bespoke support appropriate for me?

Do you offer refunds?

Early pregnancy is an important time to find out lab values such as thyroid, vitamin D and iron. This is especially key if you have a history of miscarriage. Bespoke support is suitable if you want to personalise your nutrition and supplements for pregnancy right from the beginning.

No refunds are given after a 14-day cooling-off period (beginning on receipt of payment).

Do you offer payment plans?

If you would like to discuss a payment plan, please contact me via the 'enquire now' link below.

I'm looking to work with women and couples who are serious about taking ownership of their health and fertility. If that's you then I'd love to hear from you.

Are you ready?
