Optimise your IVF cycle through nutrition
Optimise your IVF cycle through nutrition
Infertility and IVF can make you feel powerless. You can feel like you have no choice but to hand over all responsibility for your treatment cycle to your IVF clinic. But it doesn't have to be that way.
You can reclaim some of that power by changing the way you nourish your body. You can use positive nutrition, supplements and lifestyle strategies to prioritise your complete wellbeing before and during treatment in preparation for healthy pregnancy. You can regain a sense of control and Optimise IVF™.
Welcome to Optimise IVF™
Want to feel empowered on your IVF journey?
You want to prepare your body to support IVF...
You want to prepare your body to support IVF...
I get it because that was me at the start of my IVF journey. You want to do everything you can to improve your chances of success, but you don't know what information to trust.
Like so many other women, you want step-by-step advice so that you can eat to support each stage of your IVF cycle. You want to know exactly what to eat and when and which supplements to take.
But if you're working and doing IVF it's difficult to find the time and headspace to plan ahead. Meal plans with recipes tailored specifically for the IVF journey would be amazing. No time or thought required. Sounds ideal, right?
Going through IVF is tough, especially if you don't have anyone around you who understands. It's difficult to share the IVF journey with people who aren't treading the same path. Do you crave support from other women who just get it? No explanations needed.
BUT YOU'RE OVERWHELMED BY THE sea OF INFORMATION OUT THERE
I've done the hard work for you. When I was going through IVF I spent hours reading and researching how best to support myself and then I transformed that information into delicious recipes and positive lifestyle habits to support every stage of IVF. Of course I wanted a baby at the end of it, but I also wanted to feel my best during treatment. My investment paid off and I had a positive experience with no side effects from the medication and I maintained a sense of wellbeing throughout.
I KNEW it WAS because of the PReparation and POSITIVE CHANGES I had MADE.

Let's get started!
IVF can be a daunting process as there is so much to think about and coordinate. It's stressful and that's why your nutrition can sometimes be an after thought. You want to prioritise it but you simply don't have the energy or headspace. I know what it's like, at the end of a long day, the last thing you feel like doing is wading through the heaps of internet advice to research what nutrients to eat and how to transform that into a delicious plate of food.
You really want to eat to support your fertility & IVF. But you need help to take your nutrition to the next level. You just want someone to tell you what works.
You're in the right place.
“This is your day. This is the time to go after it all.”
I created The Fertility Kitchen® as a resource to empower you to take ownership of your fertility through positive nutrition and lifestyle changes. I believe that food is the key to laying down the foundations for optimal fertility, IVF success and healthy pregnancy.
During my own fertility journey...
I began to explore food as medicine; I spent hours reading and researching how I could support my fertility through positive nutrition and lifestyle changes. The truth is there just aren't enough resources out there and so I began to create my own recipes, tailoring them to support my fertility and IVF cycle. Over time I completely overhauled my diet and I've never felt better, I'm continually astounded by the healing power of food.
Deciding to embark on IVF is daunting enough. without the additional worry of what you should be eating and whether you are following the right advice. I have gained so much knowledge from both my personal fertility and IVF journey and my professional experience as a Nutritional Therapist and Fertility Specialist.
It definitely helps when you work with someone who knows exactly what you're going through. Connecting with someone is easier when they know from experience just how daunting this process is. You know they have your back.
You also need to be able to trust the advice you're getting. You want someone who is appropriately qualified and who really knows their stuff. That's why Optimise IVF™ is perfect for you. I have undertaken three years training in Nutritional Therapy and graduated with Distinction. You're in safe hands here.
