I'll cover how to optimise egg and sperm quality in preparation for treatment. You will learn what your body needs at this stage of IVF and how best to nourish it to support egg cell development, a healthy womb lining and how to beat the bloat after egg collection. I will share the protein smoothie recipe that I created and drank throughout my IVF cycle! There will be another meal plan with plenty of delicious recipes waiting in your members portal.

This week marks the start of a one-week cleanse to help optimise your liver and gallbladder function. You'll learn how to support liver detoxification and why this is super important during IVF to help avoid side effects from medication.
